Terms and Conditions: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor Banana Business LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 7451 Auburn Blvd, Suite C #1025, Citrus Heights, California 95610, United States of America (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska). Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period These Official Rules take effect on 1 October 2026. The promotion runs in monthly entry periods. Each period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of that month. The promotion continues until the Sponsor announces on this page that it has ended.
4. How to Enter There are two ways to enter. Both have an equal chance of winning.
(a) Free entry: no purchase necessary. Complete the entry form at bananapassion.com/monthly-draw with your first name, last name and email address. No purchase or payment is required.
(b) Entry by scanning a card included with an order. Scan the card included with your order and complete the form it links to.
Entries received after a period closes go into the following month’s draw. Entries do not carry over between months, you must enter again each month.
5. Entry Limit One (1) entry per person per monthly entry period, regardless of entry method. Entries submitted using automated means, multiple email addresses, or any method designed to submit more than the permitted number of entries will be void.
6. Prize One (1) prize per monthly entry period: merchandise of the winner’s choosing from bananapassion.com up to a total retail value of one hundred United States dollars (US$100.00), including standard shipping within the United States.
The prize is awarded as merchandise only. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. If the winner selects items totalling less than US$100.00, the difference is forfeited and will not be paid in cash or credit. If the winner selects items totalling more than US$100.00, the winner must pay the difference before the order ships. Products are subject to availability; if a chosen item is unavailable, the Sponsor will offer an alternative of comparable value.
Approximate retail value of the prize: US$100.00. Total approximate retail value of all prizes in a twelve-month period: US$1,200.00.
All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Odds of Winning The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during that monthly entry period.
8. Winner Selection and Notification One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw takes place on or shortly after the first (1st) day of the following month.
The winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry, within seven (7) days of the draw. The Sponsor does not publish winners’ names or any identifying details on its website, social media, or in its emails.
The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days and provide the details needed to fulfil the prize. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, if the notification email cannot be delivered, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Privacy Information submitted with an entry is collected by the Sponsor to administer the promotion and, where the entrant has separately chosen it, to send marketing emails. Choosing to receive marketing emails is not required to enter and does not affect your chance of winning. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. 10. General Conditions By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in a disruptive manner.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if it becomes technically corrupted or otherwise incapable of running as planned. If terminated early, a winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received up to that time.
By entering, entrants release the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost or expense arising out of participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s entry information for the purpose of fulfilling the prize only. The Sponsor will not use the winner’s name, likeness or any identifying information for advertising or promotional purposes without the winner’s separate written consent.
11. Governing Law These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Requesting Confirmation of the Draw Because the Sponsor does not publish winners’ names, entrants who wish to confirm that a prize was awarded for a given month may email info@bananapassion.com within sixty (60) days of the draw. The Sponsor will confirm that a prize was awarded and the month it related to, without disclosing the winner’s identity.
